i think he is travelling so much he doesn't have time to write speeches only get from point a to point b and read a monitor.

otherwise he falls back on rote speech points he has made for the year. same with hillary.. their handlers are running the show.. they are the actors. of course he cleaned up parts of the speech, but overall it was the campaign who wrote it and made some of the brilliant points.

someday we may find out who wrote it.
