soup, Umax is expecting to do 15 billion in sales for this fiscal year,
correct me if I am wrong but their current agreement with Apple only
extends into June of 1998. So would it not make sense for them to
protect their future growth rate and not let Apple do to them what they did to Power Computing. If they buy Apple, without PowerComputing
around anymore they would own the mac market. Last I checked
they were making TONS of money in it. So it makes great sense
for UMAX to make a move on apple....... I am long on Apple's
stock and would love to see a great takeover battle about to ensue.
Let's hope that all Apple shareholder's are rewarded for their faith .....
May all the shorts get killed, beyond recognition. JC
