The drop in share price over the past few weeks has not been all that substancial if you believe this puppy will be a winner after the merger just 16 days from now. Not too long to wait everything considered.

How this IPO like transaction works is hard to understand for a lot of folks <g>. Those of us who have looked carefully under the covers can expect a nice short and longer term payout IMHO.
