MEL, as we speak, the businesses that are involved or are going to be are not very happy right now. I do agree though not all at this time will make it or still wait before Aug.31. But I'm sure they are making prepriations to conform one way or another. 25,000+ is a bit much for one week to handle before Aug 31. It seems at this time they are on the defensive. If I owned a business,I would be. Paul D.
