There weren't that many black kids around then, and I couldn't see what the big problem was. Most of the NW still lacks several essential ingredients needed to create a sense of inequality and bake (foment) race-based civil unrest. 1. A declining work ethic 2. A sense of entitlement 3. Racially divided churches 4. Politicians who are dependant on one race
