PAL & SWC up 5%!

I only nibbled- but the nibbles are doing well. I can not believe how fast the gold bugs threw in the towel and how negative they are here on SI again. I stopped out and took some losses, but I wasn't afraid to step back in and buy most of it back a little cheaper.

And now all this Deflation BS again.

Look- deflation is breaking out all over this morning in this chart <vbg>

Bernanke's life work has been the study and the prevention of another 'deflation' like in the great depression. I think he'll cut to 1% and then if that doesn't work- then the helicopters take flight.

If Ben prints it and drops it- America will spend it.

Sinclair made a good point <imagine that?> about all this BS about money supply being flat, or the Fed contracting money supply. He said this about the various 'M's'

"M3 was dropped at just the right time. M3 represents the trend while other Ms are more volatile than a hedge fund.

The Fed will create and provide as much money as required. The loans to financial institutions will be rolled over into the next lifetime. Interest will be forgiven."

For once I agree with him.
