There is also a train of thought out there this morning that with all the unconventional lending program initiatives being paraded out in support of expanding the primary and secondary mortgage market, you should expect to see less in the way of interest rate cuts going forward -- therefore some are selling the same treasuries that last week they were lining up to buy -- sentiment changing fast in the proverbial NY minute
