Left lip of the cup 06/01, right lip 04/07, handle 04/07 to present..... Cup and handles don't always form at alltime highs, and given the time since prices were higher than the formation (> 8 years) I think it's valid. Needs to break out anyway to be meaningful and that hasn't happened (though it's close). Measures to about 170. (Sorry I don't know how to free draw in Stock Charts, I could've made it clear on the original post).
