Ken, If I remember correctly they now are indicating the Phase III data will be moved back, but they still plan to file the NDA in 2009...and that they "might" get FDA decision in 2009. It is well worth the time to listen to the Cowen presentation.....very upbeat presentation IMO. Appears that ACOR is trying to make a run today...volume picking up, but I realize the overall market is having a good day. Still think entry level is going to get higher in the near future....
