Yeah I've stopped paying attention to Cheney also. That's not what I said.... But the root problem in Iraq hasn't been addressed and there is no way for US soldiers to address it. They are not supposed to. Their mission is to provide stablity to allow our diplomats and other support personnel assist the Iraqis in standing up a stable government and systems.... J.
