It looks and from the conference call like a great business/ shipping of commodity products with 30 % of the business in Asia. A strong 12 % long term growth story. With a dividend to boot.
Alas, the market doesn't care and all SPAC buyers are ONLY looking to get their cash back. If this deal can't work I don't think ANY spac deal is worth anything anymore. Even American Apparel has now tanked ! Thanks Glenn for the update, maybe you have a perspective thats less gloomy than mine.
