That is very doubtful. Noting that 4000 have died and thousands permanently maimed so some guy could get his family revenge should make you wonder about the guy who would do something such as that, shouldn't it? Is he a "sicko" and are the ones who say we must honor the dead by having more die and get maimed just good old "healthy" people or maybe "stupid people"?
