Have you considered making a contribution to the DofD? Sending a check to the govt. would get lost in the swamp, but you could offer to take over the medical expenses of one injured soldier for the rest of his or her life and thus spare the govt. from this expense. Bring your fellow Republicans into the idea....create a movement!!
