Well I actually seldom listen to Rush, I have often checked out his site or guest url and read whatever. But my opinion of his ethics and wisdom as well as my view of other public figures is based upon a long term of observations with many confirmations from other independent sources. Describing what happened with possible flights of Monday morning quarterbacking is history, Telling why it happened is often Monday morning quarterbacking and often out too lunch. Telling how history could have been done differently is usually Monday morning quarterbacking with what a listener wants to hear as the primary filter of what is history. There are many great sources of independent analysis and a few writers I find very reliable across the internet. Rush is one. And now with youtube providing original video, truth and lies or stupidity are even more obvious. My original statement attempt to suggest that in complex issues no-one has the full story of all that was known and considered by those who had to make the decisions. And most reports and analysis spin what ever message the author thinks or desires is the history.
