Good question. It would depend on just how profitable the merging company is. I assume they would give the most consideration to the most profitable companies.

It is really hard to guess but I think the strongest thing is that they apparently have attracted attention from several companies. The press release today could even increase the interest from more companies. I think the more choices CVIA has, the better.

I can see how CVIA would be very inviting to many private companies that want to go public. They have very little debt for one thing.

By merging with CVIA, a company can save themselves all of the time and money that it takes to go public.

It's nice to have several options. It increases the probability of a merger being completed.

For the record a little over a year ago CVIA got as high as $1.28.
