A little early to tell if the bottom has been reached but the trading has improved the last 2 days. Since December, volume has significantly increased. I think this has brought the shark pack along with it. stockcharts.com I agree that there should be good news coming out of the solar conference but when there are sharks in the water, even good news can be ignored for a long period of time.
