So the big government solution is to hire a guy to yell that at every hearing and deposition :-)

The small government solution might be- fewer things listed as crimes.

But Dale has a point about people needing curbs to keep them from running amuck.

JUST FYI- I read a book called "Big Snake" (non fiction, about a search for the world's biggest snake)- and in it I learned the derivation of Amuck (or Amok). In MAlaysia people just go mad sometimes, and run don't the street whacking people with machetes- that is running "amok" or "amuck".
