Assuming you think we are not running aggressive military operations, you are wrong. And "security operations" are "major military operations". 160K troops are certainly not "minor military operations". Honestly ask yourself the mission objectives - they are patrol, security and training. There are no strategic objectives/targets to take or destroy - the objective is to provide security - very different than major military operations. You've been smoking too much of the Bush weed. Apparently Obama has too, since we all know he will do nothing new that isn't being done already - listen to the field generals and work with the Iraqi government to provide the timeline. He has no intention of just pulling out - although he may make a big show of bringing some out to appease the idiots who believe this crap he's feeding you.
