Well, the ASP's held up, but the licensing model hasnt...so I'm not sure I feel like much of a winner.

In any case, unless my wife has a drastic need for a new cellphone next year, I think a donation to a charity would work just as well. There is no way that I'll move off my 3G iPhone :-). If Apple does it right, that could be my last cellphone for a long time....which probably says quite a bit about the maturity of the handset industry.
