Hi Janice, inre: mistakes, FBNA's "Do Nothing" approach is a difficult path to follow. Your observation, "...FBNA doesn't make mistakes; one of the great advantages of unproductivity." is right on target, though. If the company were to actually do something, a blunder could be made, forcing the company into a flurry of evidence destruction to protect the guilty.
