Loss of liquidity, or insolvency ??

Is there any practical difference? It depends of course what the "real value" of the asset is.

I own a junior gold company with an up to date, fully documented, professionally prepared, NI 43-101 compliant Report, that shows that at current metal prices the company's flagship project has a NPV of over $6.5 billion (@ 0% - $3.5 billion @ 5%), yet it's Market Cap is only $255 million!

If I sold my holdings today at current market prices I obviously won't get any more than the market price even though it can be shown that the company's assets are worth 12 to 25 times more than that..

Is that caused by loss of liquidity or is is something else?
