That doesn't make a whole lot of sense. If you choose to vote for a particular candidate because you agree with MORE of their policies/proposals/plans, etc., then the other guy's... then that makes the particular candidate (as far as you are concerned, anyway...) relatively a 'greater GOOD'. Not a 'lesser evil'. :-)
