thanks for posting that. pelangio continues to be far and away my largest position. I repurchased some shares during the past week. the stock should not sell at a discount to dgc since pdx will be a plum for any major trying to expand its resource base in a hurry. I speculate that the take out price will be in the $8 range if a major acts on this fairly soon before an expanded resource base comes out on dgc. for all i know they may have already received feelers about this, hence the spinoff. this is a terrific idea as it may avoid taxation for shareholders like myself who hold these shares in a retirement account.
