I don't like what Citron have done but is there anything they've written that's non factual?? I have to think NO seeing as no lawsuits have been filed so far. One would think that if anything they've stated was not factual that they would put themselves at serious risk for financial repercussions......considering the damage that has been done market cap wise to EMKR since their release. My bet is that EMKR can't go after them and you'll see it in the $4s pretty soon.

The only jolt I see in the near future is some substantive news or the announcement of a solar spin-off.
