I can't understand all these hometown banks that lent on commercial office space. There is an explosion of empty space right now where i am and nobody has the start up capital to make anything happen. Hell i got an employee who drives an 07 Tahoe and she drives 11 miles to take her kid to childcare. She pays 350 bucks a month for gas to drive 11 miles! Better yet she has an 8 year car loan! Next to my business a guy shut down his office after 12 years. Go figure.
