Fabs take 18 mos. to complete. SNDK seems to expect demand to pick up by then. Several quality semi manufacturers build fabs when times are bad, to be prepared for the next growth cycle. INTC, for example. If you never expect flash to regain its recent usage, then I might be concerned. I have no position in SNDK, but am considering buying when my criteria are met. Woody
