COLORADO SPRINGS, CO--(Marketwire - March 26, 2008) - Ramtron International Corporation (NASDAQ: RMTR), a leading developer and supplier of nonvolatile ferroelectric random access memory (F-RAM) and integrated semiconductor products, today announced that it will exhibit at this year's Embedded Systems Conference, at booth #2501. The conference will be held at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California, from April 15 to 17.

At the show, Ramtron will demonstrate the semiconductor industry's first Event Data Recorder (EDR) with embedded nonvolatile F-RAM memory -- an integrated event monitoring solution that stores state changes in 24KB of F-RAM and alerts the system to those changes. Ramtron will also showcase its family of high-density F-RAM memories -- including the new serial F-RAM device -- as well as its nonvolatile state savers, integrated Processor Companions, F-RAM enhanced Versa 8051 microcontrollers, and stand-alone memory devices.
