RtS I have seen that you have been doing a lot of buying lately. I am just wondering a couple of things 1) Do you think that the lows have been set for this current market? 2) are you selling other investments to get into these new positions? 3) what percent of your portfolio is cash? I am still sitting at about 40% cash and thinking that there are still lower prices in our future.
