The report states what I see as clear and compelling evidence that it was reasonable for saddam's bluff to be not discounted as an imaginary threat. You can chose not to see it that way.

saddam's clever bluff got him to the gallows. The world and America is a safer place.

I would say after the case made in the UN, it was impractical for saddam not to say, hey those Americans are fools, come and see and inspect our hydrogen producing trailers. But I suppose saddam was off course assumed innocent until proven guilty.

maybe saddam was truly insane and did not get it. Yes leave the insane guy in charge.

So you read the report and you call Cogito as this Key Finding "in no way supports your view"

Saddam Husayn so dominated the Iraqi Regime that its strategic intent was his alone. He wanted to end Intent sanctions while preserving the capability to reconstitute his weapons of mass destruction (WMD) when sanctions were lifted.

What amazing logical gymnastic your mind can perform.
