"say it is a good chance that happens. For all the talk of strapped homeowners and speculators who didn't have anything back in 2003 or bankrupt builders, realtors, and mortgage brokers as somehow being the drivers of our economy there do seem to be even more well of folks with cash today than in 2003 or even 1999.. Probably part of our free market capital system on steroids? "

We got a knock on the door of the house I am renting in Bradenton, it was the bank, telling us that the owner has stopped paying his mortgage....I wonder how long the foreclosure process takes in FL?
