Loral has been getting contracts but the stock has been stagnant. Recent partnership with Northrup is good, as it increases capacity for Loral, which they need. Loral is ripe for takeover by Northrup. Just look at the Bear-Stearns deal by J.P. Morgan/Chase. They got Bear for pennies on the dollar.
