Rodney,

The issue's with Datek goes beyond general Customer Service, which by the way is still a problem. This thread has posted many problems:

General Customer Service
Slow System response if any
Check Writing Delays and problems
Wire Transfer Problems
Marketable Orders not being filled
Unable to cancel orders
Entry errors to portfolio's
Orders not being represented on Island (their own limit book)
Orders not receiving level 2 representation
Datek sneaking in changes to peoples portfolio's
Datek not taking responsibility for their errors
Datek not taking action until problem posted to this thread

And thats only from the customers that use this thread. The other discusion area I use WWW.DAYTRADERS.COM has many traders complaining there as well. Rodney, I don't think you should take your experience and beat up other people who have the misfortune of not getting preferential treatment from Datek. I like you Rodney, but you got to stop calling people idiots just because they have a complaint.
