Salmon to reach as high as $30-$40 per pound. National Public Radio had a story today that noted the lack of Salmon on the coast (California and Oregon are meeting in a couple of weeks on a potential ban on salmon fishing). The story also noted that farmed salmon, particularly the type with (natural) colored flesh, will really have to step up to the plate.
