I'm opposed to backing up fiat with gold or silver or anything else, fwiw, as doing so would just place that standard under guvmint control, and ultimately they would take your metals away again, it's inevitable ... much better to leave the current setup progress, powers-that-be get to diddle around with whatever they want, and PMs out here in the wild and free, just willing buyers and willing sellers of some simple old barbarous relics, nothing to see here folks, move on move on |
