I think I like UTSI as little as anything I own. Not much transparency in their fundamentals and what you do read these days makes you wonder if the bleeding will ever stop. As far as I know DSPG was never bought by MRVL but I could understand how you might have thought it was. DSP is the common term for digital signal processors. Anyway I have followed them without doing a lot of research for years. Since before MRVL came public anyway. I will say that I do not follow fundamentals as closely as many do. Instead I follow technical analysis, sentiment analysis and cyclical analysis. I have been basing my buys more on the belief that the opportunities to buy stock cheaply due to recessionary forces come only once every 4 to 5 years. I have been waiting years to employ my cash. In other words I may not be buying the best stocks but I am in general buying high beta stocks which should appreciated greatly in an economic expansion. That certainly does not mean I am getting them bought at the absolute lows. UTSI is one of my smallest positions. Again I am not real optimistic about the future for UTSI. That's why it will probably end up being my biggest percentage gainer next year. <VBG> RtS
