There is no way the FED or the folks on Wall ST. want anyone to see the skeletons in BSC's closet. Failure or bankruptcy would open the door on too many secret dealing by investment brokers. Way too dangerous for the Wall St. community to let something like this happen. Sweep BSC under the JPM rug is a much better way for the status quo to handle this.
