This ICGX company looks extremly attractive from my preliminary research. It is ranked 27 of 80 UTIL-TELEPHONE companies before this merger. Of the companies ranked better then ICGX, only a handful are even making any money! If this company can have earnings in 97 then it will be a powder keg. Also look at ICIX stock price after it bought/merged with DIGX, incredible. Straight up! Lots of NETC holders are cashing in right now becaused they are scared, tired or frustrated with wall street's pricing of ISP's. After these sellers and arbitragers get out of the way, i believe buyers will appear on the scene. After this period of digestion, the potential for ICGX valuation looks pretty good to me. Any body else want to share opinions? jake
