"peak your curiosity to know who's behind it?" Like I said: the non-profit org was officially 'behind it'. (At least: as far as anyone knew.) And, that 'as far as anyone knew' certainly includes the US Government --- which not not at all keen on the 'fact finding trip' right on the brink of war, and would have been very happy to have been able to shoot it down... if they had the ability. (No doubt, they looked 'high and low' for a way to discredit it at the time.) No 'apologist'... just trying to take a hard-nosed look at the politics and what was known at the time.... (For example... at that particular point in time Bush was still a beneficiary of campaign donations from a certain Texas oil man... who later was prosecuted for his illegal involvement in Saddam's oil deals --- ALSO facts which would not come up for air until after the US went to war, toppled Saddam... and then got to search through millions of records at the Oil Ministry. Same way this latest info surfaced. <GGG>)
