And $53 trillion is (drum roll please) the approximate size of this country's bill for the Social Security and Medicare promises we've made. The guy should take a chill pill, doesn't he know that if Obama or Hillary get elected they will pass legislation which makes health care free for everyone. It won't cost anything.
