Hi bruwin, I watch APC from afar these days but I'm glad you posted. I'll have to dig into them and see what I can find. Usually, when debt goes up like this, its because they have been buying new fields which won't come on line for a few years until fully developed. I know there was a lot of deals going on over the past few years and I've not looked into the details. I remember reading that the company was going to do a bit of resturcturing their portfolio. Remove some stuff that wasn't in their sweet spot and try to find future locations which would be more in line with their core efforts. Like SIGM, APC is in a watch/research portfolio that I haven't had the time to get to lately. Maybe this weekend I can get into both to see what I can find out about their current status? TO
