Hi Janice, re: feigning alertness

The attendance of a 'personal minder' for executives of TED's calibre is not an uncommon sight in elite MNCs. This alleviates the potential embarrassment brought forth by mis-management of life's trivialities (brolly folding, etc...). One of the many services my agency provides is the procurement of such minders for company officers.

It would benefit S&L to provide some amount of cooperative funding so as to keep TED's mind sharp and focused during this important pre-IPO time period. S&L would, of course, have a degree of choice proportional to the amount of said cooperative funding in the selection of TED's personal minder.

"TED was, I hope, able to feign alertness for the purposes of the interview."

Truly Yours,
-MrB
