And now it goes one step beyond that -- orbitcast.com That the state AGs are merely demanding concessions suggests they are reconciled to accepting the merger, but just making a play for whatever they may be able to get at this point. The Antitrust Division at the DOJ should just close up shop and go home if you ask me. It is clear, if they won't stop this merger, there is no merger they are willing to prevent anymore.
