I did have a chance to call the company. They said the inside selling was directly related to estate planning for those insiders ie. transferring to their children's estate. With all due respect, I still take the insider selling as a negative. There should be buying leading up to these earnings with the insider selling/estate planning. However, the institutional buying is favorable. For me my holdings are a long term play. I believe the two year horizon will be very positive. Short term I would like the fun of a little run. I have 4000 shares at about 15. Oct. 28 the earnings come out and I am hoping that will be the impetus for a nice run. It is trading in a very tight range so don't be suprised to see either a run to 16 or a return to 131/4. With earnings around the corner, all things being equal, I expect a move to 16. Steve D.
