Wow, Scoot! Those are wide open questions. The answers depend on MANY factors.

But if I was a gambling man (which I must be to be in OTC-BBs), I would say that CVIA sounds like they DON'T want to drag their feet. So, I'm hoping to see something happen quickly... I'd be VERY happy if they got it done in 30-45 days or so. REMEMBER, that's just a WILD GUESS.

In the short term, from my TA research, I could see this moving up as high as .07 - .09 cents if we have any luck. The charts indicate that there is very little resistence before .09 cents. At that point, I would probably sell off a bit for profit and leave the rest in for the long term.

Long term here will be determined to a great extent by the profitability of the company that merges with CVIA. Let me think about what scenario would seem most reasonable under these circumstances and maybe I'll post my thoughts later. Anyone else have any guesses?

REMEMBER folks... What I'm saying here is REALLY speculative. Almost like predicting the number of clouds you'll see in the sky tomorrow. But it's FUN to speculate, so I'm giving it my best shot. :-)

Best wishes,
Brad
