Well people. Here is the big number I have been mentioning in the past, but was waiting on the report to back up. The shares allocated are at the 5 billion mark at this time.
There are 1,022,144,424 share outstanding.
There are 115,511,000 shares for outstanding stock options
There are 514,825,000 shares for warrants
There are 3,170,695,000 shares for convertible debt.
Total of all the above equals 4,823,031,000 shares allocated at this time. Thats based on conversion on Dec 31st 2007, and I don't know what the pps was that date. I believe however it was higher then the current pps, meaning now there are even more allocated.
