Let me correct myself, on the number of allocated shares that I reported on.  The numbers I used did not include all the debentures that are in existence at this time.
  Page 68 of the filing, gives the totals for those debentures, which when added up totals 5,851, 551,000 shares if all the debt was converted.
  That chart does not include the over 1 billion shares outstanding.  Neither does it include the 115,000,000 employee options in my previous total.  So now the total count is over 7 billion shares if my math is correct.
