It will be interesting, TO, to see what you come up with regarding APC's current status. No doubt the purchasing of land or leases for future drilling prospects is part of the exploration business. I suppose it's a question of whether the company uses its own financial resources from its Reserves at no expense, or it borrows from a third party and incurs expense. IMO, the magnitude and time-scale of that expense is generally what matters, relative to the size and certainty of the future net income that may, or may not, be generated.
