Argentina was pretty horrible. Relevant stuff from Russ on TAF, etc. today wallstreetexaminer.com "Getting the government into the backstopping of fictitious capital game, does more than just “socialize” losses. Importantly, it sets the Government up for a run on the bank, and sooner rather than later." A note: A run on the government = a run on the dollar. "These approaches are doomed because real wealth has to be created from productive activities. And productive activities generally come about best, when markets at least closely resemble reality and are transparent." This is why I'm not accumulating US manufacturers yet. The US destroyers are still here, getting bailed out. The same group, the same policies.
