Look, I've known some Ukrainian ex-pats. They were here before the fall of th USSR. In their minds, at least, it was genocide. Your thesis assumes that every government in the world made the same mistakes. They didn't. I will grant you that randomized algorithms have a lot of power. But, there is little predictive value there. At best, all you can do is model the average case.
