you know what a stock split is ? you have one, they take iyt back, and give you two at half the price. What CC did was take your 4 shares, and give you back 1 at 4 times the price...it's all essentially window dressing...try to make it look like a "bigger" stock...maybe make it eligible for margin ? some people don't look at stocks under $5.00...
